Jurien Bay - Green Head - Cervanties. W.A.

We arrived in Jurien Bay, for a stay of 4 days, Loved it so much we stayed 2days longer.
Sandy and John arrived about 10 minuets behind us.
So we all set up together, then off for a look around.
Down to the beach and Jetty. That is a very nice and very close to the Caravan Park, in fact shops etc are all within walking distance.
Next day took our time and set off to Cervanties to see the Pinnacles and the Stromatolites. This is something else. The Pinnacles, Made up of shells. They just appear. They are in moving sands, and it moves 200 metres a year. You can believe it when the wind blows the way it dose here.
The Stromatolites are a living organism,  they are the  oldest living organism.
Everything is within a distance of 30klm. So not far to travel at all.
Jurien Bay Has a beautiful Jetty, great swimming area, so I have taken advantage of that a few times.
Sandy John and I had an AMAZING day yesterday, We all went swimming with the sea lions, Oh! My God was that unreal. Tez was trying hard to talk me out of it, he kept telling me I was shark bait.
They were so gentle, they were nuzzling on our arms, our cheeks, coming right up to our goggles.
If you would do a spin in the water they would do it with you. They are just like little puppies.
No wonder they call the babies pups, they were so very cute. We all loved it.
The only let down was, we asked for a D.V.D. and there was a lots of photos they could have taken in the water, as we were the only ones who ordered a D.V.D. They took photos of us going out ,coming back on the boat going into the water, but none of the seals with us like we hoped. Never mind we know we have done it and we were there together. It was wonderful. I recommend every one do it given  the chance.
after we come back had lunch we went to Green head  and Dynamite Bay for a look see. That is a very pretty place, quite, small,Good for a very relaxing holiday, with nice walks.
Well guess what the wind has picked up again, we have had to put our blind in so we don`t loose it. Clear skies and 32deg.
Sandy and John have gone back to Geraldton today to have some repairs done to the van tomorrow.
All going well they should be able to meet us in Perth on Thursday. Fingers crossed.
